15 month well check

Today we had Phoebe’s 15 month well check. She’s still growing like a weed! After the last visit, I made sure to have plenty of snacks (which turned out to be barely enough). She walked from the waiting room to the exam room like such a big girl! The appt, overall was not bad, especially compared to the 12 month, even though we did leave having two shots today. The doc found that she has a double ear infection, so it turns out she’s been sick without us realizing it. We also asked about her tooth that showed up two weeks ago and disappeared again. Apparently, this is common! I did not know they would do that. He explained that the teeth ratchet up, then go back in a little bit, then ratchet up again, and eventually they will stick up and stay up. Good news to know. Now onto the stats!

Weight: 27 lbs. 2 oz
Height: 32.5 inches
Head circumference: 47.8 cm

So she is definitely growing! I guess that explains all the eating she’s been doing lately.

    She is bigger than Emily was at that age, by about an inch. Looks like she is well on her way to being the tallest out of all of our girls!

    She’s definitely growing, that’s for sure! And yes, I’m sure I’ll be lucky if she waits that long to be taller than me. ;)
