A day of firsts

Yesterday turned out to be a busy, long, good day. :) For the first time ever, a complete stranger asked me when the baby was due. That was an interesting turn of events. Then after work we had our first childbirth class. Class went pretty well. I think I’ll enjoy it, even if it does get me home late one night a week for the next 6 weeks. And finally, the best part of all, Rick got to feel her kick him in the hand!

Today is the start of touring daycares/preschools. Wish us luck!

    Hey! Good luck, I sincerely hope you find a daycare that fits. And congratulations on all those firsts–you’ll be experiencing lots of firsts for a long time, right?

    Thanks! I’m definitely hoping the daycare search is relatively pain-free and quick! And yeah, I’m sure there will be many firsts to come. Exciting and scary for sure!
