The concern with mine is that it was a complete placenta previa. Apparently when they're complete, they may not move. But from what I read online yesterday, it's still very possible, so I'm hopeful. As far as lifting my daughter, she weighs 25 lbs. That's the main reason why I have to lift her as little as possible. I don't plan on any other weight lifting in the near future. ;) And Thanks! :D We're excited about another little girl. I hear that most do move up. I had a similar experience. I had partial placenta previa. Mine did move and it was fine, I had a natural birth. Hopefully yours does too. I would say that the weight lifting limit would be less than 20 pounds. At the most....it sucks but the alternative is far worse. Congrats again and hang in there! Congrats on the baby girl!
