Put the Valum under your tongue (works quicker,) follow their directions to the "T", the more eye drops the merrier, sleep with your goggles on (you do not want a wrinkle like my neighbor, or a fold,) no rubbing!!!!! (hence the goggles at night,) and take it very easy for several days afterwards to help you heal. I think that about covers it. Any questions give me a call! My mom had lasik done. Here are my tips.
